Clean California Title  -  The bike is titled as a 2015 Special Construction

Registered as NON-OP in California since 2020. You will not need to pay back registration with the non-op, only the current years fees. The bike has been  maintained by us at Outlaw Cycle Products since then.  Brand new high-cca battery and tuned the bike.
